These Terms cover DEX Ranks (dexranks.com / dexranks.lol) — the leaderboard, claim checkout, and $RANKS burns. Using the site means you accept them.

The product

DEX Ranks is a public multi-chain leaderboard. You may claim a Robinhood Chain token, a Solana mint, or an X profile. $RANKS burns on Robinhood Chain (4663). Highest whole-dollar bid sits on top. Ranks do not expire. Equal totals leave the older listing higher. We do not custody funds, broker trades, or give investment advice.

Eligibility

• You must be able to lawfully use wallets, cards, and smart contracts where you live.
• You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and any transaction you sign.
• You must be authorized to promote the token or X profile you submit.

Burns & payments

• On-chain claims burn $RANKS to a dead address. Burns are permanent. No refunds.
• ETH paths swap into $RANKS, then burn. Slippage and gas are yours. Status: Paid & Burned.
• Stripe (USDC or card) buys a board credit. Status: Paid. Once the credit is on the board it is final — no refund for being outranked. If checkout cannot place the bid, the payment is refunded automatically and no rank is created. Statements may show DEXRANKS-PROMOTE.
• Any later refund, partial refund, chargeback, or fraud warning revokes the credit. We do not re-deliver rank.
• Failed or under-paid transactions do not create rank.

Listings

• Outbound links must not be malware, phishing, or illegal content.
• DEX Ranks may hide listings that break these Terms or the law, without refund.
• A listing is not a safety review, audit, or endorsement.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” Markets move. RPCs fail. Tokens can go to zero. Many will. We do not warrant uptime, third-party prices, or that any token stays tradeable.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DEX Ranks and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, failed transactions, or consequential damages from the site or any listing.

Independence

DEX Ranks is independent. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc., Robinhood Chain, Pons Labs, Solana Foundation, the Ethereum Foundation, or Coinbase.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the new version. Product rules live on About.
