Solana memecoins launch on a bonding-curve pad, then graduate to a DEX. Pick the pad for the audience and the fee split, not the logo. Fees and thresholds move — confirm the live numbers on the pad before you pay. After you have a mint, claim a DEX rank by bidding more than #1 if you want the board.

Facts that hold up
- Pump.fun still takes most new Solana memecoin launches (often cited in the 60–70% range; it has swung). Create cost has been ~0.02 SOL or shifted onto the first buyer — check the current screen. Standard mint: 1B supply, 6 decimals. Graduation rate sits around 1%.
- LetsBonk peaked near half the pad market in 2025, then lost share back to Pump. Creator cut was the pitch. Graduation lands on Raydium, not PumpSwap.
- Bags.fm pays the creator 1% of volume for the life of the coin. Smaller flow, clearer royalty.
- Raydium LaunchLab is the rail under LetsBonk and a few other frontends. Use it directly if you want LP policy (burn, lock, or back to creator).
What a pad does not buy you
Graduation is not DexScreener verification and it is not a DEX rank. A pair page can still be blank. The homepage board only moves if you claim a token rank and outbid #1.
